But the instructions that came with the Skaffa were very different... quite, er... wordy. How wordy? Thirty-nine pages of verbosity. In 18 different languages.Here is the cover...

I guess they couldn't figure out a way to draw a picture that said to use washing-up liquid or that the product fulfills European Standard requirements for keeping drinks hot.

Europens are not worried about keeping drinks cold.
I don't worry about drinks staying hot. I'm a quick slurper.
"Scaffa" is the perfect name. It's like a combination of "carafe", "coffee", and "scald".
actually, scaffa is not carafe orscald, it is to get hold of, obtain.
